💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a smooth, secure checkout.

🚚 How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight:

• 1–2kg – £4.79
• 2–5kg – £6.49
• 5–10kg – £6.49
• 10–15kg – £9.98

⏱️ When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

📦 How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

🔄 Can I return an item?

Yes — you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.

❌ Are any items non-returnable?

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

• Chewable toys or jewellery that have been opened
• Used or unsealed items

🧸 Are your toys suitable for all ages?

Many of our toys are suitable for both children and adults. Age recommendations are included in each product description for guidance.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment — but we hope to offer international shipping in the future. Let us know if you're outside the UK and interested!
