Returns & Refunds

We hope you're 100% happy with your order, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

🧾 Return Policy

If you change your mind, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.

Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, unless the item was faulty or incorrect. 

We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it reaches us safely and to hold onto the proof of receipt until the item(s) arrives back to us in case of any issues during transit. 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Chewable toys or jewellery that have been opened
  • Used or unsealed products

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at swiftsensorytoys@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs if applicable) to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
